A message to all visitors,

In late 2002 when we put this site on the internet, we promised to make it into a resource for the building and operating a successful and enjoyable wine cellar. We also said it would take a while to put everything on the site. Well, it's taken longer then we expected, but it is finally coming together. A section on wine cellar dynamics has been added. It provides basic knowledge of how a cellar heats up and cools down and explains relative humidity. We will be adding more topics to this section in the near future.

Last year we cautioned "Buyer Beware" when purchasing our equipment, things have gotten even worse. There are a lot of Websites offering our units, many are not our dealers and there are a number that we have no clue who they are. Also, there are some "Knock-offs" of our units being offered. So be very careful of unscrupulous companies and "bait and switch" schemes. To be sure of getting real factory backed BREEZAIRE cooling units, please purchase our units only from companies included in our dealers listing.
